Business Analyst – Business Intelligence

Description:AAG is seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Analyst to play an integral role in the design, development of the company’s Business Intelligence (BI) efforts. This individual will serve as a key partner to business users looking to analyze data for the purpose of creating actionable intelligence to enhance company performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to identify, prioritize, define and document analytical needs, within the context of the company’s KPI’s.
  • Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations to business leaders on key performance
  • Design, develop, validate and maintain SRS BI cubes, metadata, queries, dashboards and standardized reports
  • Mine and manipulate significant data sets, with business partners, to find actionable strategic and operational insights
  • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis for short-term projects as assigned


The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in a reporting & analytical role in an online environment with the demonstrated ability to think in a business-minded manner while formulating impactful insights. Applicable workplace experience with SQL is required. Experience with an industry-leading BI tool (MS SSRS/SSAS, Cognos, Business Objects) is a strong plus.

SEO Analyst / Strategist (Marketing)

Description:This hands-on, entrepreneurial role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of SEO programs for AAG. The ideal candidate has performance-based online marketing experience and a solid understanding of direct-response advertising and subscription business models.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and analyze strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings
  • Define technical requirements for site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural search results listings. Further assist in defining product requirements to develop internal systems to automate SEO tasks.
  • Drive inbound link growth and engage with site partners to optimize user experience for referral traffic
  • Develop regular reporting on metrics and provide ongoing recommendations based on data
  • Work with marketing and editorial teams to drive SEO content creation.
  • Meet with Chief Marketing Officer and Agency to analyze value and applicability of media resources and creative for client strategies
  • Work with Agency in monitoring historical rate structures to ensure rate integrity is maintained
  • Conduct ongoing SEO assessments to ensure best practices are being properly implemented across the site.
  • Anticipate and respond to search engine algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with different teams and drive all aspects of SEO; clearly communicate goals and areas of opportunity to management


  • 3-5 years of experience working in the online marketing field
  • Understanding of the search engine industry and SEO best practice along with the convergence between SEO, content, social and other inbound marketing channels
  • Demonstrated experience with analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics
  • Experience working cross-functionally within an organization; ability to communicate overarching site goals and evangelize SEO

TV Media Buyer

Description:Supports Chief Marketing Officer and Agency in achieving marketing objectives on various media platforms through research, target audience analysis and in-depth market trending/forecasting

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fluent in analytics to design specialized reporting (media analysis and planning) and translating unique metrics
  • Confident in presenting detailed analysis and able to collaborate with internal data departments and Agency
  • Work with Agency to provide trends, forecasts and media recommendations based on results and market landscape
  • Maintain stewardship of internal and Agency marketing reports and media schedules, interpreting data and drawing conclusions
  • Work with Agency in forecasting quarterly/seasonal advertising trends, audience delivery and devise tactics to meet clients’ goals according to projected market conditions
  • Meet with Chief Marketing Officer and Agency to analyze value and applicability of media resources and creative for client strategies

Description:This hands-on, entrepreneurial role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of creative for AAG. The ideal candidate has experience in both creative design and front end web development along with a solid understanding of direct-response advertising.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple creative projects to support marketing
  • Design and build landing pages
  • Create and maintain internal and external social media properties
  • Maintain corporate owned websites, blogs, and newsletters
  • Create email templates
  • Create a constant stream of display advertising creative to support performance testing
  • Keep up to date on best web practices and related technologies
  • Work closely with channel managers to fulfill projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Interactive Design, Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Loan Account Manager/Pipeline Manager

Description:The Loan Account Manager/Pipeline Manager acts as the Customer Service liaison responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Partners. The primary function of the Loan Account Manager is to expedite the loan process between Underwriting, Funding, the Account Executive and the Partner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the loan through the process to get the loans closed.
  • Maintain individual pipelines by running specific status reports and effectively managing to them.
  • Adhering to department turn times while maintaining quality expectations.

Processor II – Senior Processor

Description:The Processor II will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties: reviews loan package against system or investor requirements, correct errors to loan packages and obtain missing information.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process applications from time of receipt of application to submission of the loan package to underwriting.
  • Gather, organize and track loan documentation
  • Work with lenders, applicants, underwriters, appraisers and others to complete processing
  • Resolve customer service issues
  • Verify customer occupancy documentation and resolve routine title issues including vesting issues and various liens
  • Execute closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Three years of current processing experience preferably within the Mortgage Lending industry.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements with emphasis on MDA, TILA, HUD and RESPA reform. FHA knowledge a plus.
  • Understands the loan flow process from application to closing including file structure and loan documentation requirements.
